Question: If a  web site says your cookies are disabled which reduces the functionality of the site for you: what do you do?

Answer: 

Hi Mick,

In Internet Explorer click Internet Options from the Tools menu. On the Privacy tab click and hold the slider and move it to LOW or ACCEPT ALL COOKIES. Click OK.

The screen shot below may not look exactly like yours, but the principle is the same.

If this doesn’t work, you may be using a firewall such as Norton Internet Security, You may need to delve into this and adjust settings there. Refer to the help screens.
